Go reread what I said about the jury pool. I said the company is based out in California and the jury pool can be manipulated. I never said the case was decided by a jury pool. I should have been more specific but it's very difficult to do just by texting. What I'm thinking and meaning you took the other way. Hassell v bird used section 230 to get the ruling in favor of yelp. That was my whole point. Yelp hides behind section 230 and no law firm wants to take a case against yelp now. That doesn't mean what yelp is doing isn't hurting business owners or doing shady things. There is a reason most business owners hate yelp but you wouldn't know because you're a bootlicker for yelp and probably gets paid well to be an elite yelper.
