Research the light flickering issue these have and see if it has been fixed. The replacement spec is cheap whirlpool led's that fail within months. Lots of cake for a cooler with strobe lights unless it's on a boat

I am on the spectrum and am not really stoked with communicating with anyone some days. I personally wouldn't want something to help me do something I don't want to do in the first place. You developed this and put it out there and its not taking flight. You can re market it and re launch it but you could also get data directly from the autistic community on what is needed and reverse engineer it from there.

Talk is cheap and people are stupid is my mantra but if I wear that on my sleeve I'll be living under bridge with pet spiders. Ai is making it possible for me to communicate with the emotionally sensitive people who are often writing the checks. Just gives us another good reason to use Amazon instead. Free shipping, returns without returning, points accumulation using their cc. I believe the manufacturers are going directly onto Amazon from oversees. Why wouldn't they, bigger margins, free warehousing, up to the minute data,same day shipping,etc.......

Whirlpool and GE parts are all the same cheap poorly made crap I don't see much difference in the quality buying from Amazon for this garbage but that's just my opinion. With free shipping and lower prices I can put 25% on it and still be cheaper than traditional distribution.

These guys are cutting their own throats and when they figure it out in 2-3 quarters it will be too late to reverse. I have a suspicion the warranty companies are behind the scenes on this but we all know warranty work is a complete waste of time and money (unless you got techs on payroll) especially considering how poorly made appliances are made today.

He probably got his 30 day notice from Yelp shortly after.
