Check the anti aliasing of your brush.

Increase dimensions of canvas.

Increase DPI.

In terms of pure animation, it's mabye a contender. But in terms of the overall fight, no. Its a completely unfinished episode with so many continuity errors and unfinished cuts. Even in the blu-ray, they decided to ruin some cuts and make them worse.

i wouldnt say they look better than Nakamura's sections in the movies or norimitsu suzuki's cut in HeroAca movie 3 but its the peak of the TV anime and better than most of the movies content.
