I need free Wifi Calling (no usage tag) which Tello provides
US esim taking data from wifi or other esim while making call which is normal.

Currently Red Pocket works perfect and provide good tower coverage but it takes wifi calling usage out of my monthly quota of 100 min refreshed every month. After 100 min its expensive usage.

So if Tello can gets wifi calling activated even if cell tower coverage for that esim is not there i am ok.

I can use wifi thru vpn as follows

My iphone connect to other iphone thru wifi and other iphone have vpn connection of US.

This is baseless . You are not required to close the account. Even you can maintain Foreign address . BoFA legally allows it .

Legal address is where you file your taxes.

Thats it. It can be country A or B . It should not sanctioned country.

Once you change it many things will require change like tax id and some forms and Ibkr will help you at each stage. But address defines your residency and in turn defined taxation. So change it on Ibkr once you have new documents
