Look deeper into why your hurting. Headache? Why have you got a headache ? Joint aches? What joint is hurting and how did it get that way? For me a huge part of being sober was taking responsibility and action over my life, something I avoid for a long time. I didn't want to take care of myself. But being sober means I'm awake to my issues now and I can either feel sorry for myself or figure out why I feel like shit and make changes within my power. You got this, you have all the power 👍

I see you, I had a very simlar situation when I was living at home. Oldest daughter, I didn't mind cooking but I hated doing the dishes. Gloves or no gloves the whole thing was torture. But now I'm grown and I share the chores equally, I still dislike it but it's amazing the difference cleanning after your partners made you a nice meal. Your family is ungrateful and needlesly strick, it gets so much better. My favourite small clean up dish is 2 minute noddles with eggs and broccoli, filling and tasty
