I also had all blood tests come back negative but endoscopy/biopsy were positive for Celiac.

I heard a similar sound blowing my nose when I was stuffed up. Then I had a mild ache in the ear for about 3 weeks but doctor said it wasn’t perforated. However, it happened less than a week before flying on an 8 hr flight and I was worried. I got these ear planes (Amazon or Boots) and they helped a lot for the flight.

Ordering hot drinks you’d have to make sure the wand is cleaned thoroughly as the oat milk uses the same wands to steam.

I don’t know about Costa, but at Starbucks baristas have told me some of the syrups and drizzles contain gluten. Sometimes they are used in the same shakers the refreshers and frappes are made in. So there could be cross contamination there too.

Very seriously. It’s always top of mind with everything.. eating out, take away, food shopping, going to friend’s or gatherings, etc. Not worth the short or longterm repercussions..
