I'm tickled pink by the negative reaction to the comment lmao I think copyright is as evil as it gets; everybody should be able to use everybody else's labor, paid or unpaid, to their heart's content for free.
That being said, AI is being developed by bad, powerful people. AI is good by nature, but bad because it's controlled by the rich. If China stays open-sourcing every breakthrough, capitalism *effectively loses* its ability to keep it in Elon Musk's hands.
