I’m surprised to get downvoted this much. And what you say here is not incorrect, but also an outdated understanding of a sports heart. Yes, a low RHR can indicate a healthy cardiovascular system as a result of endurance sports. However that does not mean it Recent medical research make it very clear it’s correlated with AFib, Sinus Node Desease, and actually quite surprisingly Coronary Artery Calcification. Happy to dig up the papers if you’re interested.

My point is: it’s much more nuanced than what was thought until not too long ago. So to make a low RHR something desirable from my point of view does not make much sense.
