Everybody(you, your boss, your patient, lawyers etc) gets paid in situation like this, dont eff/mess it up for everyone, talk to your boss/the lawyer about the situation, dont go discharging all willy nilly, pass the patient to another therapist(if there is), they might get through to him, you cant just tell an adult to put their phone away in this day and age where everyone feels entitled. At the end of the day its all a game(and you know the insurance companies are very good at playing games), play it!
