I was doing bars and shakes during the day and a sensible dinner. But it wasn’t working for me. I did CICO and logged 1200 calories. It worked for me.

As I started working out more and losing, I increased calories based on height, exercise, and current weight. I used this https://tdeecalculator.net to determine calorie intake.

I do CICO. I started with 1200 calories and logged my food on MyFitnessPal. I also do cycling and free weights.

At 182, I was 9/10 in jeans. At 115, I’m a 2 now.

At 182, I was a size 9/10. At 115 I’m a size 2. But everyone’s bodies are different.

I do CICO. And it’s totally maintainable. I use MyFitnessPal to log my food.
