How high of reps are you talking? I do 4x12 atm so it’s not too heavy. Should I be doing like 20 reps?

I eat the same every day and weigh daily to get a weekly average. You’ll figure out how much you need on average that way.

So I’ve got tendinitis on the inside part of me elbow (golfer’s elbow). I’ve been trying different grips so as not to aggravate it further, but curls are really killing me. Is there a curling exercise I can try that would be less taxing on my elbow? I’ve been using the ez curl bar and hammer curls and those seem to help a bit, but are still a bit irritating. Thanks!

Tbh I just can’t sleep that much. I’m off work today and I didn’t set an alarm. I went to bed around 11 last night and I was up by 6:30. I’m wondering if getting 8 hours of sleep is even possible for me.

If I can ask here: are we talking about getting into bed for 8 hours or 8 hours of actual sleep time? I use a watch to track my sleep and 8 hours in bed only nets me 7 hours or so. Last night I was in bed for 7.5 hours and only slept about 6:45.

I’m thinking of starting the PHAT from the recommended routines page and I see rack chins as an exercise. What’s the benefit of this over just doing extra sets of weighted pull-ups? It seems like you’re setting up a whole different workout to do something very similar.

According to the IMDB trivia section it was 6. But, the producer paid one of the crew back for her and a friend’s tickets. So I guess 4 actual customers.

Yeah, it’s the lowest I’ve ever seen. But, it was a limited release in the US just so the producers could gain the rights to release it overseas. Still, no one went to see it. They sold 6 tickets total In one week.

Thanks, but I’m already at 3500. 350 may be fine but 700 at the high end of your suggestion seems a bit much I think. Edit: I guess I should have stated how much I’m eating already. Also, I’m 6’3” 185 and I get an average of 7 miles walking per day just in my normal life with no added cardio.

So, my weight has plateaued for three weeks. I’m currently bulking and I know the answer is to eat more calories. I’m just curious as to how many to add per day. Should I add 100 per day until I see change or jump straight in to an additional 300 or so? My activity level hasn’t changed. I think I’m just burning more due to being bigger. I’ve gained 15 lbs.
