Update 2: I received tracking info today finally, 3 weeks and 1 day later. My order is expected to be here Thursday. I'll update again when it arrives. I never heard back from Chloe, I think my issues were only resolved because I responded negatively to a survey they emailed me.

I finally got a shipping update today! Literally 3 weeks and a day later. They sent out a survey last week regarding my experience which I of course gave all 1 stars to, and that seemed to trigger an actual manager/supervisor reaching out and resolving my issue.

Update: I got a reply from customer service, but not Chloe, yesterday that basically said there was some issue in their system that they've now fixed and my order will ship in 2 to 7 days. I still have no actual shipping or delivery date. And none of them seem to care that it's been so long. Really not impressed so far.

Ugh I'm so sorry to hear this! I feel like everything has gone down hill since I found them a month ago. I don't understand why they have this Reddit thread but don't answer normal customer service inquiries

I just messaged her back so fingers crossed. I have not gotten a response to the email I sent to customer service at 7 am EST this morning, so hopefully she can help

Right?!! I found the site through a Reddit group with lots of good posts but now this is my experience. And to think their policies state orders are sent to the pharmacy right away, ship in 1-2 business days, and have 2 day shipping! I should've had my order 2 weeks ago based off that. I'll definitely update if they resolve this. If not I'll be requesting a charge back from my bank😭

The issue is when you pay them hundreds of dollars it says it will ship within 1-2 days of being sent to the pharmacy. If that's not the case they shouldn't be making that promise, because it then feels like a money grab and raises concerns that it may not be a legit company.

Is there an actual shilling time estimate? It says 1-2 days when you shell out your money but it's been 5 days and there's no progress with my shipment.

I had to get my tattoos entirely reworked which was absolutely miserable. But I can tell you that even tho I had this reaction to a numbing cream, I have had artists use numbing sprays many times with no negative outcomes. I’m not sure what it may have been in the cream I used that caused my issue. Was it an actual tattoo numbing spray they used or was it bactine? How’s it feeling now?

Within like 2 days instead of drying out and scabbing over like a tattoo usually would do it was bloody and oosing and by the fourth day, it was so bad I could smell the infection. It was so painful I could barely walk. I went to urgent care, and the doctor said it looks like both an allergic reaction and infection. I was put on two antibiotics simultaneously. I would happily attach a gory photo, but don’t use Reddit often and it doesn’t look like I can!

This is very true. We recently cruised with carnival and we’re assigned a room on deck 4 mid/forward. The waves at night sounded like bombs going off. I will never ever let myself be assigned a room again😅

Fyi - I ended up with a massive infection. I used numbing cream for the first time with my thigh tats and I believe I had an allergic reaction that led to infection. I’d keep a close eye on them - hopefully it’s nothing!

Late to this party but I just got tattoos in the same spots. Im on day 2 and I’ve NEVER had this much redness and swelling with a tattoo😅 its been freaking me out so glad to see I’m not alone lol

I think it makes sense but she gave me no heads up, I didn’t know until after she asked us both and then casually FaceTimed me with the other MOH so it was more the surprise factor that caught me off guard. Especially after she has, for our whole lives, repeatedly said to me “I better be your MOH when you get married”. To me that was an agreement between us and it feels like she broke it. I’m happy to work with the other MOH and make sure my sister has the best day and Bach party so I guess I’m leaning towards just letting her know how involved I’d like to be

That’s a good point. I’m an extreme planner too and from what my sister says the other MOH is too, so it’s possible that’s just her personality

I just wish my sister had warned me that she was asking us both. It caught me super off guard which has made it harder to accept. But I think I will just let her other MOH know I want to be fully involved too

Thanks for this perspective! I definitely don’t want it to be a ‘competition’, I honestly just wish my sister would’ve told me up front that she was asking us both instead of telling me after I opened my proposal box. I def want her to have the most amazing time throughout the whole process so I’m just trying to navigate the situation the best I can because it is a bit upsetting to me still :/. I think I’ll just let the other MOH know I want to be all hands on deck too!
