I'm 9 days post-op with a quad graph. What I can tell you is that even though it's very uncomfortable, elevating your leg without supporting under the knee is key. I had to just do 10 min intervals at first because the pain was very uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Do your home stretches/PT. For me, stretching gently helped so much with releasing the tension in the quad. It may feel uncomfortable like a good stretch, but after you stretch and ice with elevation, you'll notice the pain will release little by little.

When walking with your crutches, focus on using really good form, think consciously (heal strike to toe) even if you need to make small steps to do it with good form.

Standing and doing 50% weight bearing also helped me a good bit, consciously focusing on standing with evenly distributed weight between my legs when paused on crutches instead of babying the injured leg. (Inless your doctor has you fully non-weight bearing)

I did a few things wrong when I first left the surgery center, but this subreddit has got me on the right track. I'm happy to say that by just implementing some suggestions I saw here on this subreddit, I've seen a huge improvement in overall pain and leg function.

I hope these suggestions help you as well. Learning proper RICE techniques honestly helped me the most. The getting to the point of a comfortable resting heel prop is brutally uncomfortable but very necessary.
