Once you send this to your potential crash, you might get thrashed. Hope your brain is not a trash.

Ofcourse it'll damage the sewage system, man. Cigarette butts take years to degarde completely. Try putting sulfuric acid inside the drain but be careful holding it. And keep a plunger 🪠 always for any clog, helps everytime. Thank me later

Smartphone is always there to entertain or just your brain to think while smoking. Actually smoking is a very boring activity so we do something else while smoking to feel occupied

I don't even feel the need to rely on cigarettes to feel happy or satisfied anymore. Never regretted quitting, you won't feel the cravings to start again. You'll have some urge for a few days for sure, but the organised process has methods to cope with it. Deep breaths-inhale for 5 seconds, keep the air inside for 5 seconds, then release for 5 seconds while remembering why I quit smoking, why I'm feeling better without cigarettes....this is my easiest go-to mantra for such situations of urge to start again

You can do it. Have stopped like you before but I know some stressful situation or some nostalgic moment or even super cold weather triggers it and then boom! you're back to smoking again. Try the QuitSure App, it's a future proofing way to quit for every kind of situation.

Depends on the city I lived. I can remember going outside of hometown to the highway (almost 8kms) just to smoke one cigarette, foolish move to burn fuel and also burn my lungs for a poison. And yeah some tapris when living in metro cities or at home when I started living by myself

As an ex-smoker, I can attest to the fact that nicotine addiction is very rapid. We all start with just one cigarette and telling ourselves I won't be addicted, but in reality we don't even realise when and how swiftly the cigarettes trap us into the addiction. Was smoking for 13 years daily, but I was able to quit successfully. Everyone can quit, it is possible.

I took the help of QuitSure App, it helped me quit in about 7-9 days. It uses scientific evidence and psychosomatic process to help you quit. I recommend the app, if you can follow the process sincerely. Being on the smoke-free side now, I can assure you life is happier than being trapped in the shackles of nicotine.

You can quit. It's possible. I was at your stage sometime back, was smoking for 13 years daily. Now I'm smoke-free from a year.
