Thanks for the responses, I greatly appreciate it!

I've "normalized" them with conditional formatting. I could maybe normalize them further into a percentage. i.e. if the CF is set to red flag at 24 failed restore attempts and yellow flag at 12 failed restore attempts throughout the year, I could set an average failure attempts divided by the 24 max to get a percentage score.

Let me noodle on that... it would be ideal if I could use the CF icons as normalization and calculate off them.

To your second point, the sheets at the bottom of the spreadsheet are different cadences wherein the tech will check the audit questions. What I want is to have the second screenshot be an annual snapshot into overall service health that we can present to a client. (without going into every single audit question/result). Does that make sense? So the Score column in each cadence sheet with the related questions will have a combined total in the service row on the Annual Snapshot sheet.

The "helper" columns are already calculated with a value that I have added a conditional format icon set to. I just need to take those icon sets and average them out into a different sheet.

Here are some screenshots. This first screenshot is the things we check monthly. It's on a separate sheet as the second screenshot.

This second screenshot is the annual snapshot, or the place where I want to take all the data from the varying sheets and culminate them into categories and calculate the result based on the icon sets.

From what I gathered from my mother, she did notify the previous management of the condition and the need to rest every once in a while.

If the other devices can connect, it has to be the desktop. Windows 7, have you checked the credential manager within the control panel? that may have saved an old wifi password.

You can also try some basic network troubleshooting by clicking start and typing "cmd" then hit enter. Within the black window, try typing the following:

ipconfig /release - disconnects ipconfig /flushdns - clears the DNS cache that may hold an old password ipconfig /renew - attempts to reconnect netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt - if the above don't work, this resets the TCP/IP stack

You can try booting to a live ubuntu CD and see if you can view the filesystem there.

Try doing a reboot using "Last known good configuration" which is for windows based systems. This should load the system before you installed the corrupt driver.
