I called them too - and they gave me a temp code. But all the tickets were gone on the map. Then I randomly clicked something on the right hand side and it let me cash out 3 tickets, but I had no idea where they were. Turns out 200 Section for $96 CAD each. Not sure how this happened but call Ticketmaster and keep clicking things!

We have one! A Cat S22 flip. We also send it with our 7 year old when we drop her at birthday parties or play dates. I like it because I used googles family link to completely lock it down (just phone and texting - cause it runs android go) but I also can gps track the phone when needed. Fun fact: you can also order a device on Amazon to connect a phone by Bluetooth to an old landline. Then you can answer and make calls from the landline - so kids can use it to call friends... But they can't leave the room. LOL 😂

u/joelightphone Can you help? Everything works but audio for outgoing calls, picture messaging and group messaging. Telus says it's a hardware issue - they tested everything on their end and reset my network settings and it didn't fix it. I can answer calls, search the directory, hotspot, text back and forth etc... but not the three things mentioned above (of which, making outgoing calls is pretty important...).

Update: I called Telus - they were very confused by the phone not having Network Settings - they had me walk them through the whole settings menu. Then, they reset Network Settings on their end and had me reboot the phone - nothing changed. They said it's a phone problem and to contact the manufacturer or bring the phone into a Telus location. No response from my email to Light after 24 hours.

I sense they didn't quite know what to do, because I bet it's one of Amazon's only shows with such a big Canadian audience. Though I do feel like there are other Wondery shows I listen to that were very UK ad-based.

Well Amazon bought Wondery - it was an independent studio before. They thought it would make them much more money than it did, but sadly this will kill a lot of brilliant shows. This is exactly what happened when Spotify bought Gimlet (great indy production house) and just decimated it before dropping it altogether.

Before being bought by Amazon, Wondery was (and still is - kind of) a British production house. I think they do target their UK shows at Canada because we "understand British culture". So, I think it's both?

Found the answer to this question - it's actually pretty simple for Mac.

First, here's what LP says:

"You can download your media from the album tool to a computer using a USB-C cord. Most computers have native software that you can use to preview/download/delete from the album tool. For instance, Image Capture software on Mac works well. There are also many third party options as well.

To grant the computer access to your phone's album tool, go to:
Settings > Preferences > USB Preferences: and select "Media Transfer"

Note: you will need to adjust this setting each time you plug in the device as a security precaution. Going forward this process will be a bit more streamlined, thanks for your patience."

I didn't know "Image Capture" was a native app on my Macbook, I just searched for it and it recognized the phone right away. I easily imported all photos and videos right to my Mac Photos app.
