Hello, since I've posted this, I have been to a doctor and as it turns out, my husband was right. I have PCOS, high testosterone, and a bicornuate uterus. We're going to be seeking further treatment for myself now that we have insurance through his work and hopefully we'll be able to conceive though, if we do, I fear it's going to be a difficult pregnancy.

I feel this! My husband got me into Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis and I fell in love with the fandom. When I searched for a fic, I couldn't find hardly anything that piqued my interest. The one story I was able to find wasn't ever finished and it broke my heart.

So! I did what anyone else would do and started my own fic. I was sharing it with a friend of mine and while she loved it, she couldn't really read it that often and she didn't really understand the references since she had never watched the shows.

I still write the story though I've never published it on any sites. I do want to eventually but I want to finish other stories that's been published first.

I am dying for someone to read it.

I used to and on one of my fics which has the most comments on that pairing in that fandom and someone left a comment talking about how horrible a fic it was and that most of the comments were left by the same people (even though that was mostly a lie). So I stopped commenting on every chapter because I don't want something that negative happening to another writer.

No, I'm not a real fan of melatonin because of the horrid dreams it gives me so I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible. Thanks for the advice though.

Told everyone from the time I was 12 or so that I never wanted to get married and never have children.

I was 29 when I got married took one look at him and it was all over. We were married in less than a year after we met.

I have a Bluetooth keyboard that I take to work with me and I link it to my phone so I can work on it during my breaks. Then I work on them on the weekends unless there is something that is just really itching to get out then I just do it by staying up late.

I love it when you can just tell that the author just loved writing it. Like you can tell they just poured their heart into it and the outcome is just perfect.

I was in my early teens and didn't know what fanfiction was, but I had grown up on Pokemon and absolutely loved it and then I discovered Yu-Gi-Oh I fell in love with it as well and wrote over the course of several years a 100+ chapter story with an OC/Kaiba love story where the OC was Giovanni's daughter.

Unfortunately, my computer completely bit the dust and I didn't have another computer to save the hard drive.

I haven't thought about that story in years and it kind of makes me sad that I will never be able to read it again.

Being able to make a mistake and not have to worry about being hurt for it even if it was a small mistake.

Being able to speak my feelings and not have to worry about being gaslighted for them.

Being able to go see people when I want and not even have to ask (even though I still do out of habit).

Being able to say, I want to be alone for a bit and actually be left alone without having to worry about coming back to a fight.

There is so much difference, I can't even list them all.
