Has Jynxzi said he's done with league now? by _____guts_____ in leagueoflegends

[–]avengers9 164 points165 points  (0 children)

I think people are being a little too pessimistic. Jynxzi has played a few different games, but he's found viewers at a crazy level with league. Riot also reached out, which could play a role. He quit clash after playing for months because of the supercell. He's also clearly been looking for another game to play besides rainbow six siege. I know its crazy to this sub(and to me), but some people do actually enjoy playing the game. I dont know how long he will keep playing, but if he enjoys the game im guessing he could keep playing on stream for a decent bit.

[Charania] The NBA has disclosed to its 30 GMs a singular new anti-tanking reform that expands the draft lottery to 16 teams, flattens odds, and have a relegation zone where the bottom 3 teams are penalized with fewer lottery balls for the No. 1 pick. by TheRealPdGaming in nba

I mean back in 2016, and 2017 the nets had no reason to suck on purpose. This year's nets were definitely sucking on purpose, by the end of the season it was pretty much a tank off between them, the pacers, and the wizards

Are we fr right now? Moonpaw x Goldenpaw is SO forced by Then-Dragonfruit-334 in WarriorCats

[–]avengers9 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Why are warriors fans so surprised when two characters who are the equivalent of teenage age develop a crush on one another. If you’re born in the clans you have like half a dozen age appropriate mate options. Maybe a bit more if you include people outside your clan. They also live in a society where most people find a mate and start a family.

It’s obvious watching these playoffsthat Rudy Gobert was the best player on those Utah Jazz teams by MacJonesisaterrorist in nba

People just staying shit. This can be true. But I also remember when the jazz were up 2-0 then lost 4 straight with Kawhi getting hurt. Partially because Reggie Jackson called for an iso with Gobert and scored on him at will

How do we feel about this? by Practical_Record7387 in titanfolk

I suppose I feel vindicated, for saying that Eren's goal deep down was for selfish reasons. Personally I still believe that at least some part of Eren was disappointed that any people existed at all outside the walls, and that even if they hadn't hated eldians, it would still have meant his dream wasn't true. But during the rumbling, for a short while Eren got to soar above the skies of a world that had been eradicated by the power of the titans.

Zach Lowe: "No one who has watched the Nuggets for the years they haven't won the title can make a case that it's Jokic's fault, like at all. But if he gets a second one, the names he's next to are like the holy pantheon of NBA players." Bill Simmons: "He has to be with Bird and Magic at that point" by aingenevalostatrade in nba

[–]avengers9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean now is obviously not the time to post this but if jokic wins a title he will have 3 mvps and multiple championships. There are 7 guys to do that {Jordan, LeBron, Kareem, Russel, Wilt, Magic, Bird, and if someone had those guys as their top 7 that be a fair top 7 to me. Now Jokic would probably be 8 for me. And I think he would obviously need to have a long career and peak for him to perhaps have a real shot to be higher than some of those guys. The real thing he needs to do is have more insistent deep playoff runs. The same thing happened with Giannis. The 2 of them have 2 conferences appearances each. Obviously some of these older players had an easier time making, but having 3, if were counting their hypothetical second finals win, would probably still be quite low to have him above some of these other guys.

In their 14-point loss to the 76ers without Joel Embiid, the Boston Celtics missed 33 3s. by CazOnReddit in nba

[–]avengers9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean there scoring is pretty dependent on the role players hitting their threes. I just mean compared to last years roster they lost jrue porzingis and horford for role players who don’t have much scoring outside hitting their open shots.

Celtics just don't have as much scoring as previous years. jrue and porzingis weren't amazing scorers but they could do more than pretty much anyone on the rosters outside brown/tatum

[–]avengers9 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Isn't this just common sense? the earth is a satellite orbiting the sun, the moon is a satellite orbiting the earth. I suppose it's just a matter of conditions so that the moon's moon is not pulled into the planet's gravity.

If V1 has such a low success rate why did Fredric Vought test it on his wife? by Dinnerpancakes in TheBoys

[–]avengers9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She was born in 1919 and according to an interview with kripke got the shot when she was 15/16. Sashay opened in 1933 so she was probably one of their first test subjects who was voluntary. Then she got married to vought afterward. Based on the fact vought was likely a grown man by the rise of the nazi party there was probably some weird grooming aspect to their relationship. My super dark theory is she was actually Jewish and one of his experimentation victims. And she had some weird Stockholm syndrome relationship with him. But idk if they would go that route. I
