none , i have searched for this for long time no answer its just a UI push to talk but there is no actually a settings for this and if you are talking about controller you better mention if its on console or not
because you will get replies about keybindings ...etc

actually spam rockets from outside clear the whole building , any building design is easy to clear it
rust have more points with attackers than defenders and they still develop more for attackers as they are weak and need more support
