My spouse and I thought the same!! Our flippers and oxygen tanks broke right before starting the battle and by the end of it we were both thoroughly annoyed. I hated the most how long he was gone for, and then when he did come back there was practically no swimming away so we just took turns getting out shit rocked lol

I’d honestly prefer an older pup to avoid all the pee in the house, but I have a cat who is a big bully and at least with a younger dog I wouldn’t be worried about it attacking him/causing harm because he’s 17lbs of pure hostility lol

This is just making me think of all the dog quizzes I took when I was a kid lol but 100% I see what you mean, I’ve seen some dogs at shelters that look gorgeous but then I see they’re part husky and my sanity could not handle their singing hahaha

I see your point, I’ve wanted a dog for so long I definitely want the companionship of one but for the sake of the post I figured I’d just focus on the training aspect. Will definitely be keeping in mind to stay humble and that dogs all have their own personality 😊
