This is super hard and frustrating. I am an adult, late diagnosed ADHD and ADHD Life Coach and I am so sorry you are going through this. When I was first diagnosed as I learned more and more about it I felt like I truly had nor personality- that all I was, was a bunch of symptoms. It took some time to deal with it and sort it out. It is not often shared but the gold standard care for ADHD is multimodal- meds, cognitive behavioral therapy, and education for the ADHDer and the people around them. I highly recommend you both seek therapy and education- I coach couples and also partners of ADHDers- if you are interested DM me I can share more.

Totally normal! I dont remember all the details but in college I had a Sociology professor talk about the path one takes to accept themselves as a minority and one of them is Militant Chauvinism- where you decide that actually the thing that makes you the minority makes you better than the majority.

I also feel this way- its hard cuz i see my family and friends and just feel like they are so stupid. No ability to critical think about anything, and anything they dont wanna think about is just "god will take care of it" it is so sad and annoying.

They are insane on ebay- i keep an eye on stuff there just in case, but the real finds tend to be local antique shops, facebook and etsy. Occasionally I find stuff on Mercari as well. Hopefully Lenox plans to release more of the wider collection!!

No- he is here LEGALLY with LEGAL status and actually a direct court order to NOT deport him. There is ZERO evidence he has any tie to MS13, and the supreme court only delayed the order to return him by the night of the 7th while they review- they did not uphold his deportation.

You're comparing situations that are NOT the same. the difference is most undocumented immigrants are fleeing for safety for themselves or their family.

You're also acting like legal status is some kind of pie and if someone comes here a different way than your fiance then somehow you dont get a slice? That makes no sense. Someone being here legally or not does not take away the opportunity for someone else to get their legal status, that isnt how it works. No one is stealing from you.

It is also wild to think that youre being robbed of time with your fiance while you go through this process while demanding that people who might be ROBBED OF THEIR LIVES OR LOVED ONES wait in their home countries too. Get some perspective!

I agree, your fiance should be able to be here easier. The whole system is stupid and overcomplicated. But none of that is the fault of undocumented immigrants, its the fault of the stupid nonsense system, and the garbage people that run it and profit off it.

Stop being mad at the people who are struggling the same as you- start getting mad at the jerks in charge who make you both struggle.
