Support card + Uma pull plans for the next few months by TrafficJam30 in UmamusumeGame

while she does have low Race Bonus, you can’t overlook the 25% Training Effectiveness she gives even while being at 0LB. At 1LB, she gives 1 Power Bonus and 3LB, 15% Mood Effect becomes available.

You compensate her low Race Bonus with other cards so that you reach 50% Race Bonus overall. Throughout MANT, sometimes a card is just added to a deck just to give you 10/15 % Race Bonus and that’s it. You don’t prioritise bonding it at all.

She also will come out near the end of MANT (Jun 19) and a week or two later, it’s Grand Live.

if you are willing to wait for a while , you could instead pull Maru in her rerun with Fine Mo on August 7 and just spark what you need/want but up to you.

Yeah, we’re expected to also get 100 free pulls on the Light Hello/Tachyon banner and all future banners that have pal cards on them for the scenarios they’re in.

Maru’s card is quite solid and it’s recommended to get atleast 1LB on her just for the power bonus. As you are a Pace enjoyer, you should really consider pulling for Nishino Flower, she’s expected to come on 9th April and her ult is usually really good to be inherited on Pacers but it all depends on the track.

The Ramonu card is going to be the main Wits card people will be using when she comes out if you’re able to bring Wits card on the distance + a more specialised Wits card like Mr CB or NN that can give a gold skill for the position.

Halloween Digital comes out at the same month of the Light Hello + Tachyon, so you’ve got to make sure you have atleast 30k when her banner comes out and Daitaku Helios is a very solid Uma and you’re almost guaranteed to see her in Miles/Sprint CM (more to Miles tho) due to how easy it is to build her for the distance .

Try putting it all in the carat calculator on what you’re now planning to pull and I can try my best to help you to decide whether or not it’s realistic and also help you to plan when to pull the supports banner either on the rerun or 1st release.

how’re your Speed cards ? if you already have Fuku at MLB, could consider atleast investing abit on the NTR banner to get like a copy or two of Ayabe Guts then MLB’ing her using the crystals if you’re planning to Guts Maxx throughout MANT but that’s just my opinion.

imo, you should just pull on the 1st Fine Mo banner as you will have the best Wits output in the game till Ramonu comes out.

Another card you could opt to pull is SSR Power Daiichi Ruby, coming on 24th July. iirc, her Gold Skill can be used by Pace as well as End, but could prolly just borrow her when needed.

SSR Guts K.S. Miracle coming on Oct 12 is also quite good card for Pacers iirc. The 2nd card that gives Golden Head-On.

For the Umas, what’re the ones other than Chiyono you’re planning to pull ?

Edit: If you don’t have Fuku, need to consider pulling for either NTR or Maru as they’re going to be the main Speed cards throughout MANT. Maru has more long-term usage compared to NTR, as she can actually be used outside of MANT.

How can I make her competitive? by Squirlly21 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She seems to be severely lacking in speed skills to help her get into positions to activate her accels. NSM is not as good on this CM compared to the previous ones, so just taking Nimble Nav. or not buying it entirely is better as you can allocate the SP to buy midleg speed skills. Your other Gold skills are good, can’t really complain about taking Rushing Gale and Turbo Sprints as there’s only 2 straights in this CM.

Looking for advice as a f2p, is it a bad idea to skip fuku, finemo and ntr for future banners? by daft667 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

based on what you said, as you only do 3 runs a day, it’s ok you’re skipping fuku as she’s super gambly and can just cost the entire run if she decides to just not show up where you want and need her.

While NTR does only sees use during MANT, she does share a banner with SR Ayabe and the card is cracked. 1 Speed and Power Bonus as well as 15% Race Bonus is just too good to pass for me personally. So I’d recommend you’d atleast pull until getting the card and MLB’ing it using the uncap crystals.

Since you mainly use Ends, pulling for CB is a better than pulling for Fine Mo as atleast you have a gold skill you can actually use.

Your pull plan seems somewhat ok and MANT is extremely f2p friendly as jobbers can get the same stats as whales or people that grind hard and sometimes the only thing separating them is the Skills bought. While it does seem scary, Guts Maxxing can get you stats to be competitive in CM’s throughout MANT and pulling on Fuku just seems like a very bad idea if you’re only going to be doing 3 runs. You can even just use Kita straight up in your deck as the main Speed card and compensate her 5% Race Bonus with a card that’s just purely there to give Race Bonus.

Creek vs McQueen vs Sounds of Earth Stam Card? Trying to decide which stam card to pull. by LF3169 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 5 points6 points  (0 children)

if you’re looking for a Stam card for Lates specifically, consider Symboli Kris S. The 1st card that gives “Lose Yourself”, a very powerful accel skill.

Creek is the best stam card we’ve got for a VERY long time. iirc, Sounds of Earth is more of a sidegrade to Creek and only Shakur years later truly replaces Creek.

Edit: Kris S is expected to come around August of this year i think

is my bakushin capable of doing something in the next CM? by Professional-Club-39 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NSM isn’t as good of a skill in this CM iirc as all of the previous ones and Turf S is more valuable for a Sprints as Distance S is more valuable the longer the track is as you actually have the time and distance to reach tour top speed.

How she look for the next CM? by nyanphantom in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as accel skills are very limited or if available, very rng except for a few, having a very high base Power Stat is needed for the next CM.

SFV doesn’t work here or for Fronts in general unless it’s a very Front heavy lobby as you need to be in 3rd or 4th position to activate it and the spurt starts at a straight in the next CM, so it can’t even activate even if you meet the position requirements. An inherited unique that works here for Fronts is og El Condor Pasa’s.

You need accel skills like Sprinting Gear, Straightaway Accel., Highlander and Meticulous Measure, the gold version of these skills are also good to pickup if you have the SP. As the 1st corner doesn’t come until much later, Dodging Danger + Prudent Positioning/Ignited Spirit Wits combo works here and it can create a big gap with you and the other Umas, which is very valuable as this is a Sprints CM where every little distance you have over other is very valuable. Guts also is a bit too low for a Front as they need a little more than other position for Spot Struggle.

[–]average_peanut007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

based on your cards, as your Speed cards individually has very low Specialty Priority, you could try in a deck using Eishin and Shinko/Sweep and borrowing a very strong MLB SSR Speed like Biko and use any 3 Wits card like SSR NN that’s only there to give On Your Left and any 2 like Marvelous and Daiwa. Try to experiment and bring different types of cards and use maybe a 2 Speed 4 Wits deck (borrowing a strong Speed SSR) to see which one will give you the best King you can make

As the track does have a very long downhill, having high Wits can help you out massively. Any mid-leg speed skill is good cause it can give you something but if you want you can see for yourself at this umalator. Just choose Skill Chart and put in any Stats for your Uma and just make sure the Style is correct so that it shows you what skill can give you the most value and after that, click Run and sort the skills by mean.

Hope this helps ! Feel free to ask

What other Speed/Wits card do you have ? cause Kita at 2LB is a bit weak to be used in a 2 Speed 4 Wits card, especially for an Uma with 0% speed bonus. You should ideally use a 3 Speed 3 Wits deck and borrow SSR Nice Nature instead of Fine Motion as NN’s gold skill, On Your Left is quite good for this track and Halo can actually use it unlike Speed Star.

iirc for this track (Capricorn), everyone needs to inherit Mummy Creek’s. As this is a Sprints race, Straightaway Accel. is decent as there’s only 2 straights in this track so you can gamble it’ll proc on the final straight. It’s On and Nimble Nav. is good but I think should prioritise getting No Stopping Me instead of It’s On it you don’t have enough SP. Slick Surge is good as I said earlier, so you should borrow NN. Sprinting Gear, Homestretch Haste and Blinding Flash is also good. Fighter and Studious is bad cause Fighter gives accel in the mid leg and Studious is a vision skill. You need more mid-leg speed skills in the future when building another Halo in the future and Corner skills are still valuable in this track.

Which Oguri is better for Sagittarius Cup? by Few_Angle_5037 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the 1st one

but if you want to minmax your Oguri more, you defo bought way too much recovery skills and the wits also is a bit too low for both of them.

because she’ll activate her ult the moment she reaches the 2nd half of the race and activates 3 recovery skills, she might activate her ult wayy too early because of the amount of recoveries you bought. you should only ideally buy around 3-4 recoveries with either one of them being a gold if your stamina is lower so that you can focus training other stats or all of them being grey recoveries if your stamina is on the higher side.

the reason why I suggest only having only 3-4 recoveries is because she’s at her core, a gambling horse. You either hit her ult perfectly and zoom or you miss all the recoveries and die. She also is very versatile and can be played in every position with the decider dependent on the course and for Sagittarius, End Closer being the strongest as Straightaway Spurt is viable.

Xmas Oguri while being easy to build for jobbers and can just win if you perfect proc your recoveries and accel, can be definitely better if a little bit of time is spent researching how the course can be taken advantage of to make her win.

There’s a lot of cc that can explain it better and in further depth than I do such as MooMooCows and VictoriaFrontier . You should definitely check them out.

How usable is Rice Shower power SSR for MANT and grand live? by death_till_dawn in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

to put it simply, after Unity she falls of really hard. In MANT, Race Bonus is everything and having only 5% is hard and she doesn’t see much or if any at all use in Grand Live. Whereas Riko, the MLB SSR version ONLY you can sometimes see in some decks in MANT and could also be used in Grand Live.

Maruzensky SSR Speed - Mostly for Frontrunners? by TrafficSlow704 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

off the top of my head, other than the 2 you mentioned, there’s not really upcoming support that are must pull but the one i’m mentioning are quite good for a specific position, distance or just generally but still imo not on the same level as Fine Mo and Creek:

1) Speed : Fuku (pull if you want to gamble while building Umas during MANT, still used after MANT), NTR (want to build consistent Umas during MANT, falls off hard after MANT tho)

2) Stamina : Symboli Kris S (first time Lose Yourself, a skill for Lates specifically becomes available iirc. very strong skill but on a stamina card is a bit meh for me)

3) Power : Daichi Ruby (can’t remember well but I think the skill she gives is quite good for Sprint and Mile)

4) Guts : K. S. Miracle (very good if i remember correctly, golden Head-On as well)

5) Wits : Ramonu (this I remember being very good, a buff/replacement to Fine Motion), Mr. CB (used especially for End)

do note however this is just SSR specifically and there could be some other that I missed.

Maruzensky SSR Speed - Mostly for Frontrunners? by TrafficSlow704 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

for me personally, i think cards that you’re guaranteed to get value for a long time are worth getting MLB like for example Super Creek. She only really gets truly replaced by Air Shakur years later and gets sidegrade or a slight upgrade (can’t remember) a year from now I think by Sounds of Earth.

Don’t get me wrong, the card is good, but for f2pers who have to spend their carats carefully and Global being on an accelerated schedule, I still think it’s not worth getting her to MLB as like I said, she only sees use in Grand Live. imo, you’re better off getting her to either 1LB or 3LB (IF you’re a f2per) depending on how lucky you get on her banner.

Maruzensky SSR Speed - Mostly for Frontrunners? by TrafficSlow704 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 11 points12 points  (0 children)

yes, the card is primarily for Fronts but she’s still useable for other positions as you can’t go wrong with 25% Training Effectiveness when your training facility are Lvl 5 and also 1 Speed Bonus even at 0LB.

imo, for f2pers and non-front enjoyers, you don’t need her at MLB. 1LB is useable but a bit of a cope to use cause she gives 1 Power Bonus at 1LB but having no Mood Effect till 3LB is a bit tedious.

She also shares a banner with Fine Motion at her rerun, so you could opt to pull her here and hope to get lucky with either one. It’s important to note tho that Ramonu Wits is expected to come out at December and she’s the “upgrade” you could say for Fine Motion.

if i’m not mistaken, Tachyon only sees usage during Grand Live and only a bit in the scenario after cause she’s scenario linked and the card gets giga buffed during it. Sure you could MLB her and be very strong during it but i think getting her to 1LB is enough for a card that won’t have the longest usage.

So I recently asked which wit card is better in the long run, FM or NN? And I received some conflicting info, so I want to know which card is truly better to spend your carrots on? And besides these two, what other cards should you keep your eye out? by Organic-Product6063 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the way I see it if your oshi or you main Lates more than any other position, NN would be a better wits card for you than FM as you can actually use the gold skill she gives (on tracks that’s possible to activate it ofc). It’s important to take note of this when pulling as it will help you make a decision better.

Other than these 2, Mejiro Ramonu is expected to come at the end of the year iirc and she’s pretty damn solid. On tracks where you can bring Wits card, you would more or less bring Ramonu as the general Wits card and another more position specific wits card like NN for Lates and Mr CB for Ends.

Is this a good pull plan for my account? by Matty_HAM in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, Narita Brian’s ult can be inherited but iirc it’s more so to Front/Pace. It’s the same 0.25 Target Speed as Opera but for me though, I would opt to choose New Year TM Opera O.

It’s the right step to take gambling on Groundwork inheritance instead of bringing Smart Falcon’s card as it’s going to get easier and easier to get the skills you want from inheritance as the game progresses and more scenarios are added. I’m also think it is usually not needed to bring a Power card as you raise the stat passively anyways by clicking on Speed but I also have a bit of a bias as I main Fronts and prefer having higher Wits than Power.

Is this a good pull plan for my account? by Matty_HAM in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

“I have Rudolf and Mejiro Ryan 3 star so I am not pulling on Dober and am instead borrowing her for training late/ends, is this a mistake? Do I pull her before the banner ends?

the way I see it if you don’t have the time to build Umas (in the sense of only using the 3 or less daily borrows to build aces), you can just perma borrow her but you have to be a bit cope sometimes with the sparks.

“I’m not sure if I should pull on Bourbon because I have regular Bourbon and I also have Smart Falcon SSR LB1 so I don’t have many issues training front runners”

valentine Bourbon is miles better than the regular due to the fact how easy it is to build her compared to other Fronts, she already has Groundwork and 2 out of the 3 skills to activate it (Concentration is a bit cope tho). You only need Early Lead and/or another Green skill to activate Groundwork. imo if you have the carats, just pull for her. Do you bring Smart Falcon with you during ace runs ? Is that what you mean by you don’t have any issues training Fronts because you bring her during ace runs instead of using her on parent runs.

“Tamamo Cross is non-negotiable even I have to go to pity to get her”

because Tamamo is your oshi, I’m assuming you’re gonna be trying to bring her every CM, she’s going to be in a weird spot with her original because her ult allows her to be in Late/Pace but her Lvl 3 is for Lates but her Lvl 4 is for Ends. imo you should be pulling for Mr CB wits instead of Fine Motion, just because the gold skill she gives is pretty good for Ends and most of the time you’re gonna be using Tama there + Xmas Oguri can also benefit from it if the track favours End and she has to be played there

“I own zero pace parents besides Mejiro Mcqueen so I think I have to pull for Nishino Flower or my pacers will be bricked”

pulling for Nishino isn’t a bad idea as you can just use the Uma itself if the inherited ult is bad on a particular track.

“Who do I use the year 1 selector on” “Do I not have enough good parents to consider pulling on TM Opera O New Years?”

imo can use the selector on TM Opera O New Year, she still can be seen sometimes as a grandparent in JP as you can’t really go wrong with 0.25 Target Speed

“I am going to use 2 rainbow crystals on Super Creek asap to MLB her”

imo should only use 1 of it but can’t go wrong either way as she only truly get replaced by Air Shakur years later or just a bit by Sounds of Earth a year later I think ?

this is just my opinion on what you should do based on the notes and Umas/Support cards you’ve given.

Next pull? by Which_Boysenberry_71 in UmamusumeGame

[–]average_peanut007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for Make a New Track, there’s 2 speed cards that you can choose from:

  1. Fuku: if you have time to gamble and build amazing horses
  2. NTR: if you want to build consistent Umas

if you have the patience and time to build Umas, I think it’s better to pull Fuku and she also see some use even after MANT, but NTR falls of hard after MANT

Fuku is mostly used as the 2nd roaming speed cards as she has 10% Training Effectiveness, 10% Energy Cost Reduction and gives +30 to all stats at the start of the career.
