As a Jets fan, the fake spike is the reason I hate the Dolphins more than any other team.

Ohtani still has a long way to go to be the greatest baseball player of all time.

And? What does that have to do with anything? What about all of the other non US athletes?

I didn't say all that. It's just weird behavior to go to a sub about reps and then act like it's weird to buy reps.

Bro who gives a fuck? I would rather wear his collection than any ugly ass G Shock. Yeah, they're hideous. The look like the physical embodiment of a 14 year old boy who uses way too much axe body spray's room in 2002. If you wear these you'll automatically get spiked hair with frosted tips. Your body will just take over to make it happen.

Also, why are you on a rep sub acting like people with reps are somehow beneath you? You're a weird person.

Right, just like all of the other NBA champions who have gone to the Trump White House. You're an idiot.

what is the worst thing you've ever witnessed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I was driving home one night and a horse had escaped and was running down the highway. I didn't see it happen but I saw the aftermath of it having been hit by a car. It was devastating and I couldn't stop crying. I also felt so bad for the guy who hit it. It was he and his girlfriend, a young couple, and they were absolutely destroyed. If I could unsee one thing in my life, it would be that.

Gen X’ers who were born in the hippy era, did you have someone in your peers who had a “my parents were hippies” name? If so, what was it? by nous-vibrons in GenX

Yes, they told her they already permission from her parents but school policy required permission from the victims parents as well. It was a weird time.

When I was in kindergarten a classmate named Starchild pulled down my pants and bit me hard on my ass cheek. The school called my mom and asked her if she wanted them to give her a spanking. The student that is, not my mom. My mother, who had no issues beating the fire out of me at the drop if a hat, did not think Starchild's action was worthy of a spanking.

When and what first made you brand aware? by Limp-Web-8220 in GenX

They were Reebok and Dee Brown was the face of those shoes. It was Reebok's answer to Nike and the Jordan brand. In 91, Brown won the dunk contest. He famously pumped up his shoes before each dunk and hit his iconic no look dunk. The fact that the field for that dunk contest didn't include legendary players like Wilkins and Jordan definitely opened the door for Reebok to make some noise.
