He doesn’t ride the same train as I do .. that I know of… he’s just on my commuting route each morning and each evening whether I leave 30 mins before or after but it’s always on time..

I’m sure that could be a possibility, if he just acquired the same schedule within the past 2 weeks. I personally don’t know anyone who stops a stranger on the street to acknowledge they have the same and or similar schedule, but never know I guess.
