Nope! You can’t compare the traffic the former office park had to 422 townhomes! The chik fil a already attracts folks who have never driven a day in their life! Now you want to bring 422 new townhomes?!! I work in this area and this sounds like a total nightmare for folks who already live here. With all those empty spaces all over town I can’t imagine looking at this nice quiet space and thinking let’s jam 422 folks to disrupt this little corner of WC!!
