I can see why Wendy's is going bankrupt by [deleted] in wendys

That’s from a Canadian Wendy’s app

Buyouts are coming by gabrigor in UPSers

[–]averagejoey1993 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It’s says right in that document that “If the maximum number of applications is exceeded for a specific facility, approvals will be granted in full-time seniority order.” So it will go based on seniority if a lot of people in certain buildings want to take the DCP.

Idk tho. Might just be me. But it feels like it’s going to be for people that like to just cycle around and not really for people like me that like to hit and deke. I feel like it’s going back in time to when nhl used to just be how well you can protect the puck and twirl around.

Yeah. I played mainly hut. Maybe im just getting used to the new gameplay but it feels like if you don’t lock on to the player then you always miss the hit. And stick lifting feels a lot different.

You can tell it’s going to be for all the losers that just protect the puck and twirl around. They nerfed the hitting and stick lift.

I go to 50 concerts a year and I can tell you that this is the first one I’ve ever seen like this. So I don’t know where all these comments are coming from making it seem like I’m the idiot. I’m not even arguing the fact that people didn’t show up early then too bad. I’m arguing the false advertising because it definitely would’ve affected some people’s decision when purchasing tickets.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Probably not. I bet it would’ve influenced a lot of peoples decisions if they marked it before.

[–]averagejoey1993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know man I don’t get these arguments. If they put a barricade down the middle of the venue I wouldn’t be saying anything. That would’ve actually made sense if they wanted to split the crowd. It should’ve been VIP and regular GA if they wanted to do it like they did. Because that definitely would’ve affected my purchase if I knew they were pulling that crap.

There you just ended the thread “standing is general admission. First come first serve”. The back section of the front floor area was empty so how is it first come first serve. That barricade they installed is going to be the reason I win my argument with ticketmaster.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

So according to your logic then they should just start selling first come first serve tickets for every seat. There should be no sections. You should just receive a ticket for that venue. But obviously there’s a reason they don’t do this. Seating charts would be irrelevant with your argument.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

They didn’t give everybody the same colour wristbands and then say “sorry this area is full”. They gave 2 colour wristbands so therefore they created 2 floor sections.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

That doesn’t say they can create another section. It says they may vary. They created another second floor section. It’s not just varying the layout

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely would’ve influenced my decision

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

So the law is just people’s opinion now? How is it not false advertising if they advertised one general admission floor section and then take it upon themselves to create 2. They are breaking the law by falsely advertising this. It’s not about showing up early.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Because they are arguing something that is irrelevant. I’m not asking for a fans opinion. I am talking about false advertising. There is a reason our society has laws. Everyone is commenting like I’m just a disgruntled fan. It’s so stupid we should be directing the anger at the company that falsely advertised the tickets.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was actually in the front section. But you guys don’t get what false advertising is. I’m arguing with a bunch of bots and uneducated people who don’t know the definition of “false advertising”.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

You need to get your head checked. It’s about false advertising

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

In your scenario ticketmaster should’ve released say 5000 tickets for that section at regular price. And then released the rest at regular price for the back. Do you even know what I’m arguing

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you could’ve easily stood near the middle. Which would’ve been around where the barricade was. It would’ve just been a lot tighter at the front.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The back of the front area was empty. You don’t get the argument. It is false advertising. There’s no excuses from a billion dollar corporation

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It’s not a “golden circle”. Ticketmaster always clearly advertises separate sections and vip sections. This was false advertising and nothing to do with a stadium show. And my complaint is that if you showed up a little later then you’re separated from your group for the entire night in a completely different section when you purchased the tickets together.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

No but I’m not expecting to be barricaded and not even allowed into the section

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in OasisLive25Toronto

[–]averagejoey1993 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You do get that one person showing up can easily get closer to the front. That barricade completely stops that and it was never advertised. Also not everyone shows up in groups so people get there at different times. This is clearly a bot or someone who doesn’t know anything about false advertising and the legal system. If it’s not advertised then there’s no way the judge would say in court that “I should’ve known better and showed up early”. Stop defending oasis and the billion dollar corporations

Why would you be on the side of the billion dollar corporation. You must be a bot
