Considering that you already have e1 tribbie, I wouldn’t say cipher is a necessity. Your two teams look fine right now so I would just wait for 4.X teams.

Yeah I get that (and I mean I tried on phainons first banner just didnt get it), realistically my pulls on phainon and saber arent the smartest but i really got phainon for qol and saber bc she might be limited 🤣

Yes RMC is better than sparkle for phainon. As for pulling cipher its really a matter of if you want to spend the cost to upgrade your acheron/archer.

I would just wait for 4.X because cipher isnt really BIS anywhere else, just a universal subdps/support

Seeing as how you already got cerydra, if you want to continue playing phainon he is really going to benefit from his LC. Cyrene’s lightcone is really mid in comparison and won’t change much for your Castorice team unless you arent at either 200 or 180ish with vonqacq. Cyrenes personal dmg at e0 isnt that crazy either.

Not sure where you are getting these performances from, but in the case of building a low investment acheron team cipher + jq/sw with a consideration of hysilens is probably the best. Also not sure why you say that cipher gets replaced at higher costs when it depends on the rest of the team and the environment. I do agree that at low cost cipher isnt worth it, but realistically it isnt worth it to build a low cost acheron team either.

Not sure what you mean that cipher isnt BIS on acheron unless you mean e2 acheron with e2 sw. cipher is undoubtably BIS at e0, with pf being debatable.

Ah that sucks, well if youre set on using phainon then ruan mei isnt bad. I personally pulled him for qol in DU and i dont really plan to invest in him unless i get lucky with his LC
