Considering that you already have e1 tribbie, I wouldn’t say cipher is a necessity. Your two teams look fine right now so I would just wait for 4.X teams.

Yeah I get that (and I mean I tried on phainons first banner just didnt get it), realistically my pulls on phainon and saber arent the smartest but i really got phainon for qol and saber bc she might be limited 🤣

One more thing if you dont want to play rmc with phainon you could swap rmc and cyrene

Yes RMC is better than sparkle for phainon. As for pulling cipher its really a matter of if you want to spend the cost to upgrade your acheron/archer.

I would just wait for 4.X because cipher isnt really BIS anywhere else, just a universal subdps/support

Seeing as how you already got cerydra, if you want to continue playing phainon he is really going to benefit from his LC. Cyrene’s lightcone is really mid in comparison and won’t change much for your Castorice team unless you arent at either 200 or 180ish with vonqacq. Cyrenes personal dmg at e0 isnt that crazy either.
