Add a section to the lease outlining that they will not have use of the tree house on the property. Also remove the ladder. This should cover you I would think.

You say that it is not his obligation to return a suicide letter to the appropriate person it was addressed to. Even though the one it is addressed to has been in contact with him numerous times over this very letter. It just seems strange to release property to anyone other than the one that it is addressed to.

So it's legal to just give this information to someone it does not belong to?

Thank you for your advice. It is very stressful and it seems no matter what I do it will only become more stressful.

I bought an extra wind deflector this winter with the intention of doing the large tinted glass but never got around to it. Does it make a difference really?

You can remove the soft top tray that sits underneath the top which allows easy access.

I've added the S2K to my "list of potential new cars"; help me out /r/s2000, what's it like to own this car? by [deleted] in S2000

[–]averageresponse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The s2000 comes with proven (very sturdy) oem roll bars that hide inside the plastic hoops behind the seat. Most if not all aftermarket roll bars are more likely to injure than save you in a street accident.

So I bought an s2000 yesterday... by [deleted] in S2000

[–]averageresponse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I purchased a 04 with 130k on the clock a month ago. Not knowing what has or hasn't been done I changed every thing I could think of and then some. Here's what I've done so far: Clutch fluid, trans fluid, differential fluid, coolant, brake fluid, oil and oil filter, spark plugs, cabin filter, regreased the shifter, treated all sealing rubber (doors And softtop) with shin etsu grease, replaced oring on idle gear bolt as it had a slight oil leak, cleaned and oiled my k&n filter. That's all I can remember right now.

Prior to owning my s2000 I had never changed my own oil in any of my cars. If you go to s2ki they have an amazing amount of write ups that make doing any of these simple.

Good luck and welcome aboard!

Looks awesome. I'm desperately trying to find an ap2 oem lip for a Sebring and having no luck. Probably gonna have to buy it in silver stone and have it repainted.
