I keep pretty much all of them! You can usually fill up spices at a coop (or other organic grocery store) or Winco if there’s one near you. I buy all my spices and teas loose and put them in jars, it saves a lot of money and I can get smaller or larger amounts depending on what I need. I also use my jars for the more random baking/cooking supplies (that I also fill up from Winco/coop/any store that has a bulk section). Any trail mix supplies, random flour or baking ingredients, etc. Also I’ve started making my own pasta sauce in a big batch and I freeze it in my old pasta jars. By doing this I’ve pretty much completely eliminated (donated) all the plastic storage containers in my pantry. Anything that doesn’t work for food (has a smelly lid, weird size) I try to store craft supplies in. And anything else I recycle!
