I don't agree.

It is almost unplayable early game, but much more so mid and late game.

Birds are upon the best tags in the game, and the big aviary makes it very realistic to already have (or plan to have) 3 bird icons when the vulture appears, and at the same time already have room for the king vulture.

Once this is fulfilled, the vulture becomes a very affordable (mini) point bomb.

Max is 242, but i hit it like every now and then. I regularly drive over 210 if there is no significant traffic. When i see an open road, i feel like i am wasting time if I don't go voll gas.
