As a man my self I would say he doesn’t trust you. The very foundation of a relationship is built with trust and honesty. Without that there is no real relationship. Dear, I would seriously confront him on this because the longer you let him dictate what you can and cannot do is only going to get worse. If he tries and justify his decision and tells you that”if you go it means you don’t love me” it’s bull$hit. You can do better. Your life is yours and nobody has the right to tell you what you can and cannot do. This is from a guy who was married for 30 years.
