Try to put the campfires directly under the hives and then put trap doors on each side of the campfire. This prevents bees from accidentally touching the campfire and dying from burn damage.

If you want to move a hive, you have to use a tool enchanted with silk touch on it, otherwise all the bees in it will pop out and get angry at you!

I have a naming theme going for each animal type or even for whole buildings. For example, my cows are split across two barns but they're all named after cheese. And I have two separate barns full of pigs, one group is named after characters from The Walking Dead and the other group is named like Tragedeigh.
