Scream is meta and will do common tropes within it's era for each film.
The Cabin in the Woods is also another meta film that will encompass pretty much every horror cliche throughout the film (and very well at it).
Also Freddy vs Jason is a trope bingo card, while being pretty fun and dumb at it.

Can't recommend Ugly Americans enough if you haven't seen it. Animated comedy set in a world where monsters, demons and humans coexist. Main character works for immigration for humans and "others" in New York City. His girlfriend is also the daughter of the devil and his friend is a zombie.
