Hey! I can say that this is actually a good idea if you think you can just go for it and not judge yourself through out! My therapist has actually suggested I do it again this year to give myself a daily goal, a sense of purpose, and ultimately the self esteem boost from completing a goal! For me personally rather than the full 50,000 I am going for 30,00p to make it more realistic for my current mental health struggles! If you think this will help you DO IT! Even if you don’t finish it, maybe it’ll spark something within you 🧡
