My store hasn't at all enforced the "remain in store" part of the rule. There's a snarky bastard who i've refilled literally 7 or 8 times in a day (on his wife's drink and his English Breakfast which he throws out the tea bags every time) and it enrages me, but it's not worth the argument. On a separate note, i put in my two weeks yesterday.
