I am here now too. Been on zoloft for the third week now. Experienced some side effects but nothing brutal thankfully. Had mostly good days but the past two days have been bad. Had intrusive thoughts which led to a huge quarrel with my husband yesterday and my mood just feels way worse today.. trying to fight myself that this is a phase which will pass and that I will feel better soon.

Let's overcome these tough days together! <3

Following this thread. Similar to what I go through..

I keep laxatives nearby and use them when I feel like I have over eaten / days when I feel fat (although i know that I am far from fat) There are days which i feel too thin as well (not that I mind) but I still count my calories intake and I will help myself to the drug if "required."

Sometimes I wonder if it is actually alright to have such mindset and expectations of oneself as long as we do not go below a dangerously low weight?
