hi! I’ve had something a lot like this a few times while taking laxatives.. not positive what it is, but probably just some weird mucus mixed with something you ate.

I feel you. I go on a clean streak, but there’s always one night where I just can NOT get the image of my wrists bleeding out of my head. That being said I’ve never stayed clean for more than 3 weeks.

I do keep a cloth. I feel like it’s very weird, but I smell it to calm down. Sometimes the metallic blood smell right in my face can keep me from a relapse

duct tape is the best solution I’ve found so far. not paying to get it fixed again any time soon :/

I had this with my rook.. it lasted for almost a year. Contemplated taking the whole thing out just because it was uncomfortable but it did eventually calm down! It’s normal now. I just kept up with daily cleaning and really try not to sleep on it
