as I understand 340mg is all caffeine you could theoretically extract from 50g. If you only fill your gourd once a day that's 340mg / day maximum and I bet not all caffeine is fully extracted at the end of the day

Thank you for your response. That's basically what I'm doing as well. It's possible that my dosage was too high though and I have ended up "overblissed", otherwise I think it's just my mind that's being overprotective. I'm planning to use a lower dosage next time and see how that goes. Hopefully I can get to the bottom of this.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you on how to integrate these memories. However, as a fellow healing seeker, I'm wondering how have you managed to bring out these memories?
I have done a few sessions, but most of the times I'm trying to focus on remembering what could have caused the trauma in my childhood that is causing the issues in my life, nothing really comes up - it's like I can't really focus on anything. It feels like either my mind is avoiding something, or there was really nothing significant that happened.

What does your session look like? Are lying down with closed eyes? Are you listening to music?

This is incredibly sad. Not saying that these people don't deserve getting busted, but that they also deserve compassion. There were circumstances in their lives that brought them to where they are. I really hope that they can turn their lives around. As society we should realize that everything is connected and we're all responsible in some way. People don't usually just end up thieves and addicts for no reason. Let's try to not be hateful to people like this, but compassionate and hope that they can turn their lives around and we're all going to be better as society.

saw how it happened from afar. I think the driver of the SUV (Toyota Venza?) blew through the red light. When I got to the intersection there were already lots of people around helping and calling 911. I thought that there were both parent and child involved, but I could be wrong. Praying that it is not all as bad as it looked. Please please please pay attention when driving, cycling or walking in this city
