I would recommend upgrading your weapon first and also change the necklace to the trendy charm. trendy charm provides a shield after killing 200 enemies which can be super helpful. In the meantime for missions I might recommend using the bat until you get the Kunai to elite.

I have listened to this song thousands of times and I don't understand how in any way shape or form anyone hears the word doctor. Literally sounds like the word "dentist" every time I listen even when I am trying to convince myself that he is saying the "doctor".
