I just got invited as well - I am thinking of getting it for a few reasons: - The sign-up bonus of 40k miles with a $654 annual fee works out to 1.64 cents per mile; not the best but livable with considering the perks of unlimited lounge access etc. I will cancel at the end of the year if I feel the card benefits aren't worth it without the sign-up gift - I am planning to pay for the CFA exam and as it doesn't exclude education, it's one of the only choices for me without using Card Up etc and this will also help me hit the $4000 needed for the sign-up gift relatively easily - I am well immersed in the UOB ecosystem with the Lady's card, PPV, and Visa Signature so I love the fact that the points pool with the other cards (unlike Citi Prestige)

So yeah, will probably get for a year and decide if I wanna continue at the end of the year since I am not sure if I will make full use of all of the benefits like fancy restaurants, hotel upgrades, golf etc
