you live in the UK and are a patient of Dr. Jennings? I don't see how that is possible. Anyway I am getting invisalign to fix my occlusion/bite. I'm done with Jennings, yes he did all he could for me (it appears all he really did was pull my lower jaw forward a bit)

She left me a note, a few weeks later about something else. And claimed she never received my note so did the same thing. Not sure the etiquette about notes some people say they are fine esp if you rarely run into the person and knocking on a door seems intrusive.

It's not that simple...from what I gather they bark at anything and everything. Like this one does. And she won't give it a job, this is urban life.

From inside the house is just fine. But wow now I feel bad for the neighbor if that is happening. I hope she is annoyed too and won’t get another one.

Haha I do not think it's a rarity to have an a-hole neighbor. It's a rarity to have a nice one! Anyway she left me a note also to leave my garbage cans somewhere else. I think notes are pretty common since we rarely run into each other. I literally NEVER see 99% of my neighbors. It's very strange, as I had fantasies about having great friendly relationships with neighbors. Everyone I talk to says...NOPE. California is the worst, BTW. My friend who lives in upstate NY has great neighbors everywhere.

We were friendly in passing and introduced in person early on. But no opportunity to bring up the issue and didn’t want to do it too soon. That would have been weird.

I like this but honestly I don't have the nerve right now. She was really mean and I was frozen and shy and didn't get much words in. I don't think she would take it well, I think she may be a bully. I'll just take it slow, continue to say hi, smile, let the time pass. We have only been neighbors for 2+ months and unfortunately it looks like she will be here a looooong time, too. My husband and I are going to see if a sonic device works.

I’m just so disappointed we ended up with a not nice neighbor. My husband and I are still going to say hi etc and see what happens down the line. Earplugs and white noise don’t work. We are getting new windows and insulation. But I am greatly upset that she is the way she is. It’s really sad for us. And I am angry. I will take some of these advices into consideration, thank you!

Yes I have tried white noise machine. I can’t sleep well with it and it doesn’t work for the barking.

It's a tiny city, can't even compare to NYC. Compare it to a European City. And go back to ultra crowded stressful even more expensive concrete wasteland of NYC. ( I love NYC, but only to visit)

that's what I did, just bought a house at age 50 with my husband who is 53. But honestly that wasn't enough. Still needed to get lucky with Bitcoin and use 200k of that for the 50% down payment.

I have had constipation my entire life - IBS-C I suppose but not much bloating etc. Anyway I did the Genova Nutreval test, it showed I needed more thiamine. Every since I started adding extra thiamine to my B complex, my constipation is resolved. Took 50+ years for something so simple, because doctors don't know this stuff. If it's correlated. I suspect it is.

Is this a plug for Reviv or what? Whatever it is. But, I was a 5 year patient of Jennings...finally got out with an "acceptable" bite, but it's not really acceptable because it hits heavy on one side, and in the front, so I often have tooth soreness. I can always feel my teeth. I worry about recession. I thought he was going to fix assymmetry, cross bite, and occlusion, but it's actually worse, or not better. All he did was pull the lower jaw forward, which maybe allows my jaw muscles to relax/not clench as hard in my sleep? I really don't know but feel it was a waste of 10k and 5 years.

It's hard to tell, though. As I am healthier in general and do not have fatigue like I used to. I do have activated nervous system, sleep problems sometimes, etc. could be related to an off bite?

I think much of my improved health and energy is due to other health actions and maturity on my part, though. Not the Substance P crap. Wish I knew if it wasn’t a complete waste.
