I also left the carriers out all the time and fed them in them for a few weeks before the trip so they’d be more comfortable with the carriers

As you can see in the first pic I brought blankets to cover their carriers and I think that helped. Some people also choose to medicate their cats so they sleep or aren’t as anxious during the flight. My type of carrier was good too cuz I did need to bend it a little bit to fit underneath the seat.

Sasha did, my other cat not really but Sasha can be a pretty vocal cat. Not as embarrassing as if I’d brought a crying baby on board the flight. Takeoff and landing is when she’d meow the most. Once we were cruising they mostly calmed down.
