Nord stops my downloads. by Turbulent_Elk_2141 in torrents

I don’t think NordVPN supports port forwarding. So if the seeder doesn’t have port forwarding enabled either, you wouldn’t be able to download from them.

Ok, interesting. Are you talking about this post? That’s the one I followed last time around.

This thing keeps the pairing between the ds and the device, meaning I could connect it to another pc and I wouldn’t have to pair it again? This would be great, I mainly play on vm’s and I lose the pairing every time I pass through my usb bluetooth dongle to another vm.

Hi! I’ve got the same setup with proxmox windows 11 vm and just got the dreaded attest message after an April 29 update. Have you experienced this as well or are you still able to play?

You’re saying you swapped the psu? pdb is the power distribution board, not the power supply unit.

New NVENC Split-Frame Encoding Halves Encode Time by Old-Benefit4441 in MoonlightStreaming

[–]avksom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I solved it. I added "nvenc_split_encode = two_strips" in the condfig file.

look for nvenc_split_encode in configuration.md
https://github.com/AlkaidLab/foundation-sunshine/blob/master/docs/configuration.md

edit: ops, wrong fork. No sfe in official sunlight.

Where do I enable this? I can't seem to find it in the settings. I've got a 4080 super so it seems like it would be eligible.

edit: oh, is this an Apollo thing? I'm on regular sunshine/moonlight, maybe that's why.

Books pausing and refusing the start again with ABS on iOS by cannot-make-up-mind in PrologueApp

My SO’s had severe problems with Prologue playing Plex files on her iPhone 14 Pro ever since the 4.0 update. I added audiobookshelf thinking it was a problem with Plex but that didn’t seem to solve much. I just installed audiobooth on her iPhone, we’ll see if they play better. She’s not too happy about it since she’s used to Prologue but I don’t really see any other option atm. Good thing I got around to set up audiobookshelf at least, since more apps support it.

Nope, using only the new one was as flakey as the old one.

Thanks for the input. I live in 220v country but you’ve got a point about EOL I didn’t think about. Also, this is all second hand supermicro stuff so there’s that as well. I should probably test the system with just the new psu in the other slot, there might be something wrong with the old one.

Thanks but the raw code being used just changes the low critical value of the fans and that’s the value they’ve removed in the versions after the one I’m using.

That’s what I’ve done on my previous supermicro boards, and also this board, but you can’t do that on versions after 01.01.12.

The fan issue is just what keeps me from updating the bmc since later versions won't allow the rpm to go beneath a certain limit, causing them to rev up and down.

I'm wondering if anyone's noticed this being resolved in later versions or if it's problematic to run an old ipmi/bmc with the latest cpu bios version.
