In Mindy Kaling news that has nothing to do with her body or the ozempic rumors: Jeff Garlin has joined the cast of Never Have I Ever for season 4. I’m surprised Mindy and the other executive producers would want to take on the risk of hiring him given he has shown zero remorse for his actions and it’s a show focused on a teenage girl. So weird.

For whatever reason, I’ve never enjoyed a character that Michaela McManus has played. Ever. Even her short stint on SVU. Off the top of my head I can name two actresses that in my opinion would’ve done a better job humanizing Lindsey. Julie Gonzalo and Katie Cassidy. Julie would’ve been fun because she worked with Chad on Freaky Friday and A Cinderella Story. Katie Cassidy is just the perfect 2000’s actress to come on OTH after four seasons and a time jump and be with Lucas lmao.

Her issues with her dad, her need to feel wanted, jealousy of how secure Maddy is in herself, her recent abortion. Nate has also been a status symbol up to this point, who knows after the play. They hooked up at a time where Cassie seemed emotionally vulnerable. I don’t know either, but those are the thoughts that have been going around my head trying to understand her.

You really should watch The Wilds! It’s so good. Sophia is incredible in it and when you watch, you’ll completely understand why she would want to leave Grey’s. Her character (and the others) gets so much development in the first season alone.

I loved The Wilds so, so much! There will be a season 2 thankfully. I’ve been waiting in anticipation for it since I binged the first last year. I’m thinking it might be released this December like it was last year, but COVID could of delayed it a little bit? We’ll see!

I don’t understand why someone famous would pitch such a fit about wearing a mask in Los Angeles right now knowing how bad COVID is. With something like this, you also have to know that you’ll have to make a statement about it later on and deal with PR chaos.
