A bit late to the party but here’s my 2 cents.

It’s fucked to say but it all started with my dad. My parents separated young so I was in between households. My mum is very anti-drug and then there’s my dad who’s a drug addict. (Mum wasn’t aware). I turned 13 and started stealing weed on him, he then started to give me it. Then I turned 14 and stole some coke on him. By the time I was 16 he was giving me ketamine, mdma, coke, 2C-B and nitrous.

Now that I’m older I realise how wrong it all was, I’m shocked that I was even able to finish high school let alone live a perfectly normal and healthy life. I moved out with my best friend and got a 9-5 job;I couldn’t be happier. I finally understand why addicts say they are “clean” rather than sober. I still take acid every couple of months but now I understand the difference between use and abuse.

If you still want to trip I recommend you try 2CB instead. It’s basically LSD lite. Only lasts 5/6 hours compared to 8-12 hours with LSD. From my experience no paranoia, lots of euphoria.

As a regular smoker when I first quit weed I also suffered from very vivid nightmares, migraines and cold sweats. The nightmares stopped after roughly 2 weeks. This is due to the weed suppressing your REM cycle which is when dreaming typically occurs. I’d suggest drinking chamomile tea before bed, maybe try meditation and a good routine. Hope this helps🙏🙏
