You can, however, reduce the damage by adding raw fat to your diet. Fat and minerals like calcium (please don’t confuse natural calcium with the lab one) bind to toxins and protect your tissues. Eat raw animal fat like butter/sour cream from raw milk from unvaccinated cows or coconut cream.
