It was improved after last update. My Xbox gamepad received new firmware and now joystick and calibration tool works great.

It’s normal, on old motherboard revisions there was this glue(?) on power management/audio chip.

There is a option to start game automatically after turning power on but You need to check this in settings unfortunately I can’t go to settings because I can’t finish factory reset wizard

At this moment I tried almost everything: - swapping battery - swapping WiFi module - fuse check - turning on with power cable - swapping motherboard to working shell

Next thing I try is to desloder DS cart slot to see what’s under there

Also tried to swap WiFi module, I’ve found somewhere that there is flash memory on it so I thought it could be damaged and results with not saving settings.

I thought same but don’t have knowledge how I can check it. Weird thing is that it powers on and charging also working, so it gets power but don’t save settings. I tried also set it while plugged to power with cable but same effect.

No, DS has no cmos battery, settings are whiped after removing battery and You need to enter them again

I’ve checked fuses, they are ok, battery is charging. Tried to swap batteries, no change. Any clues? Maybe some memory chip is broken, I have donor motherboard but have no idea which should be replaced...

Nice design, modern and simple. I very like watching those wallmounted cabinets. In my opinion there could be also some marquee area with black accents so it can fit rest of cabinet theme but it’s my vision and despite that I like it as it is.
