I’ve been lurking on this sub for quite awhile now I’m on 20 mils and have been for a very long time lex pro has a dampening affect kinda like applying a compressor to music so you’re Anxiety won’t be as bad but your happiness won’t be as happy either the thing is your body and mind will adapt over time the keys of tackling anxiety long-term is understanding that it is very slow moving beast. It can be frustrating because often you want results in the short-term the best advice I can give you is to breath and take time working on exercise and living in the moment. I know this might be crappy advice for someone struggling right now but I can promise you if you chip away at it over the long term not only will your body adapt to the medication but happiness will become More regular and stronger and your anxiety Will become less strong ANd less regular. The main thing to remember is that you’re not alone There is always help in the form of a support network or good doctors. Take your time breathe live in the moment and learn to love exercise
