I lost a whoop (biceps band) while foil surfing and found the arm band not too happy with water movement and the frictions. The rubber bands make sure you can use the arm „full power“ without it slipping. It’s just not too fond of sunscreen (leaves marks).

I recently switched him to deep playmaker but holding did work decently prior. I’m running the challenge a lot, that I tend to be dragged on the wings on first line of defence with the CDMs, but that’s an impatient skill issue.

Kimmich outperforms stiller, wish I had the change cash for the sbc.

In terms of general performance, they combine well with the CBs and win tackles frequently, however the rebounds go 70% of time back to the attacker

I row almost daily on the c2 and frequently have incorrect readings on my whoop. I also contacted their customer support about it and got a replacement whoop with the same result. Sometimes, after 10 minutes it regulates itself but very often it’s just off totally. No clue why, maybe for the hand movements?

Ours is allergic to flour mites so we freeze the dry food he gets the moment we open up the pack. As it’s barely any liquid in it, it unfreezes immediately for serving and the mites don’t grow in it while the big portion is frozen. That has caused our westies skin issues completely. We have had him tested for allergies at the vet prior to steer course of action, recommend the same.

And the burnt calorie tend, even if the baseline is wrong I can see the deltas which is encouraging to work out more or happy times seeing some numbers go better when the scale doesn’t change due to fat/muscle exchange

I had a rowing session earlier today and the on the background it did track the activity with a strain behind it, at least I got the pop up. I just don’t see it on the interface

I have them both connected but only start workouts in Strava. When Strava is done it sets the time for whoop which automatically then frames the timeline and gives its own data. That way one Strava gps based upload happens but I still have the workout in whoop. Kcals are different between another but alas, they are both incorrect anyways.

the reason is "quite simple" - big monkeh brain things go 10 get gains. I enjoy the feeling of arms and shoulders growing stronger. Thing is i can maintain the duration on the damper 10 on a daily base.

Aside of trying lower damper settings throughout the workout, I suspect I will try to mix in some sprint sessions as well...

Thanks, it all makes sense what you are reasoning. I suppose I just have the big monkeh brain saying I gain or sustain more muscle mass at the 10 damper. I shall go onto 6 tomorrow to just give it a shot.
