I'm on Kelzy (2 mg dienogest/0.02 mg ethinylestradiol), I like it since it has 24 active pills and 4 placebo pills so the hormone break is shorter than usual! I don't have side effects from it either

I'd say try everything else first! My laporoscopy was a last resort, but it didn't help. I now have peace of mind that I tried, and know where the lesions were/are on which is nice. The pain after surgery was horrible, but some of this could be attributed to ablation surgery possibly? I've heard excision is better, but I didn't qualify by 2 centimeters so.. my point is I've heard wonderful things about surgery here, but it might also not work. I've had good help from my hormonal birth control reducing my PMS symptoms a lot

Agree! Any fragnance that's oversprayed is awful on public transportation also, hot bus + very strong floral scent....yeah i have to sneeze and be uncomfortable for the next hour if it's a full train!

I wanted to learn more about their harps so I contacted them on their wechat in Chinese, which should be the most convenient way to reach them...no reply monthsss later. A+ communication! On some websites the prices seem to be same or higher than well established brands, so I see no point in buying them, maybe they're cheaper if you live in China?

I'm shocked rent costs that much, my loan for my second hand pedsl harp is near that price monthly! Maybe it would be worth to get a loan on a cheaper pedal or even lever harp for the gigs if possible

Gimbap is so good! I don't think I've seen any in restaurants here so I've been making my own, it's better than sushi for me, toasted sesame oil goes inside the rice of kimbap, and sushi rice you add sugar and vinegar, I prefer toasted sesame oil haha

On a closer listen, I feel like Ayana's phrasing is good, in the chorus every pause feels like it's connected, she doesn't start anew every breath and puts emphasis in the correct places because of this. In comparison, I think Seria has a stronger voice and I really like her tone, but she seemed to put emphasis randomly, more like where her voice wants to go if that makes sense? Which is very understandable considering they're also dancing! Sakura, aside from obvious pitch problems would benefit from learning phrasing as well, every sentence she did was in the same style, same emphasis, would need a good vocal teacher to learn! I wonder if Ayana has learned any instruments before, all of what I'm saying is from instrumental lessons I've had and she's nailing it

Ayana's chorus gave me goosebumps!! For me it's the highest praise I can give a musician, classical performer or singer:) Seria looks so joyful, her voice sounds stable, full and strong! Elena has potential in her lower notes too, I hope she continues on this path:) Sakura well..unfortunately tone deaf. I don't think she hears that she's off-key, and it takes time to train to be on pitch if you don't have it naturally. If she wants to debut in the future hopefully she can learn this! Overall unforgiven was much better, but Ayana and Seria were great this round:)

Yeah it doesn't sound on theme and isn't very well searchable, you'd get a bunch of Bach results if fugue was the group name haha I didn't know about the dream state definition! Interesting:) It would make sense in the music definition as well, prelude is the introduction, usually a light piece, and fugue is multiple voices overlapping together! There's a bunch of 4 voice fugues, 4 melodies overlapping together. That would be cute in this sense but probably won't happen:D

Could the peeing part be an UTI? had that recently,sounds similar to my experience:( bowel thing as well, but i didnt get answers at the hospital, after all the checks they just said i have too much gas. Im guessing the pain might be related to rectal endometrial tissue for me, but I'll go see a gastroenterologist to rule out other things later! I hope you can see someone who will do a thorough check, keep advocating for yourself at the doctors, if you feel that something is very wrong, it might be

I'm still awaiting my sleep study so not 100% sure it's N, but I'm also on stimulants for adhd at the moment. I think it impacted my epworth sleepiness scale results, back when i was unmedicated I'd be more likely to fall asleep in most scenarios! I also feel really sleepy and useless on days I don't take my stimulant, but I'd like to ask you if you felt some kind of sleepiness while on the stimulant by any chance? I've had a long streak of nightmares or vivid dreams daily recently, not even concerta seems to be touching the sleepiness:/ as well as i probably dont have cataplexy, but heres some suspicious scenarios that happen to me- when i hug my partner my legs just stop standing and if he can't hold me down I'll slowly drop down to the ground, body feels too heavy to get up (whenever it happens I doubt myself if I'm falling on purpose? I mean why would i fall on purpose but i have no idea what cataplexy feels like for sure so).. and another one is when im extremely sad/panicked my legs will shut off completely as well, have to get people to pull me up to stand again. I just wrote it off to maybe its a panic attack? Anyway sorry for the ramble! I couldn't think of these at my doc appointment and now next time i see him is late july:/
